i typically dont capitalize but i try to be sure and spell most things correctly. im from shreveport, la, moved to texas about 10 yrs ago, just celebrated 10 yrs in marriage last week and been cooking since about 10 yrs old. i have a helmet for quickies (like smoked boudin i ate tonight, so very good), a $40 box from wally world for thursday night pork chops and a new braunfels offset for everything else. as far as smoking i will always learn something everytime. been smoking a few years now and somehow ran across this wonderful place to learn more. ill smoke just about anything: crackers, ice cream, spoons, laptops - as long as the pits smokin im happy. gum, checkers, tires, i dont care i love to bbq, grill, smoke, kick it, chill- however they say it where youre from. got a lot of threads to read, see ya in the yard..
