Ribs and more - Q-view to come

    Family coming over today.
    Two racks of pork ribs the fridge I rubbed with Magic Dust last night.
    Also planning to debone two whole chickens and stuff them with ham, provolone, spinach, mushrooms, onion and a little apple and top with bacon.
    Rest of the bacon will be used for ABTs.

    Put the top warmer rack back on but had to take it off again (with the grill hot) after I realized the rib rack was too tall.

    Don't recommend making adjustments to a hot grill :)

    And we're off ....

    Have to tie a little tighter next time. Losing a bit of cheese out the top.
