    I beg for you folks forgiveness.  But was looking at his post again... And at the risk of repeating myself... MAN does this pastrami look good!  We need to ask an administrator to put this up on the homepage board. b

    Thanks Brian! Smoked on the mini to an IT of 130, cherry and Kaiwe wood. Made some tasty french dips! Hmmm may make another half just to make sure I'm full!

    As is the norm lately my iPhone and SMF aren't GETTING ALONG! That last quoted post was for your post Keith! For whatever reason when I quote it just keeps reverting to the last one and won't give me another!!!!

    I actually did this one a couple of months ago... But since I never posted them before and it doesn't look like I'll get any of my smokers going this weekend I'll submit this .

    Got the ketlle and the mini going for some spogged chicken and naked ribs!
