Pork Tenderloin and Salmon?

  1. Hello again,

                       Thursday I smoked some Pork Tenderloin and Salmon! Once again, AWESOME........

    I put the tenderloin in a mixture of brownsugar, salt, and water over night....

    Here it is before I wrapped in bacon!

    I weaved the bacon and sprinkled a honey and garlic rub on bacon before i wrapped the loin...

    Here is the loin all wrapped up and ready to smoke!!

    The Salmon I coated with a garlic rub!

    The smoker was set to 245 degrees and I smoked the loin for 2 hours. The salmon took 45 minutes! Used Apple Wood Chips.. I sprayed the loin with apple juice about 5 times while it smoked! Both were awesome. My family said best pork loin they ate..... I am addicted to the smoker and the taste..... Deer Jerky and Trout on Saturday....... Peace ..

    Finished product......

    The Ham was already cooked. I just threw in smoker for 1/2 hour.. Kids loved it. I ate the other stuff.. Not a ham guy!!

    Oh and I added a new EMBLEM to my smoker.... GOOOO STEELERS

    Good post ,. Beerman .  The Loin and the Fish looked great . The ham , too !

    We're hoping you get addicted , in fact , you are showing signs of O.S.P.(Obsessive Smoking Problem) [​IMG]  .
