Pork Quarters?

    Some friends had their pig processed into quarters. They have asked me to smoke them for an up coming party. I informed them I have never done this before but would research "How To" and then wanted to do a test smoke. So my question is one quarter better/easier to do then the other? How do I prep? Inject or not? How long will they take? Any help will be appreciated fellow smokers!

    I havent hear of someone doing a 1/4 mostly hear of doing the whole pig. I would imagine that you would have to be cautious of the thinner parts like the rib area.

    Not sure on the time. You might want to send a pm to@Fishwrestler as I know he has done whole hogs before. I know there are a few others here that should be able to chime in also like @Pops6927
