Pork butt

  1. Thanks for the memphis rub recipe Red it was great I applied to pork and put in the frig for about 12hrs only thing different I substituted sweet smoked paprika it was fantastic! I smoked the pork for 18hrs to 205 deg. It stalled around 150 so I fired up the kamodo wraped the pork in foil for 2hrs. worked out good. Turkey legs I used wife brine recipe 24hrs and smoked to 190 I am really liking turkey legs :)
