pork butt, fatties, and brats.

  1. we have some new friends coming over for dinner tonight and what a better way to star a new friendship than with bbq.

    rubbed the butt last night with my rub. wrapped it and put it in the fridge over night. 

    started at 5 this morning smoking with peach wood an my trail master.

  5. fatties are on, one pizza fatty with pizza sauce mozzarella and pepperoni. 

    the second one has cheddar cheese, lil smokies and bbq sauce

  7. about 8 hours ito the butt 2 hours into the fatties, hit the stall on the butt been at 165 for 3 hours
