Pork 4 Easter

  1. MMMMHHHHHHHMMMMM..... I have a 9lb butt and 3.5lb loin going on the smoker Saturday. Can't wait. Gonna be sharing the rack with two 5lb briskets. Will post progress pics!

  4. It has begun! Moved it around a little and loin split in half. Oh well more smoke & seasoning surface. Will be adding a rack of ribs in an hr or so.
