Pizza time

    Made some dough from scratch, using Caputo 00 four.


    Canadian bacon, onion, pep, pulled pork drizzled with bbq sauce.


    Cheese for the kids


    Pep and black olive for the wife


    Memphis was at 600 with pizza stone and baking steel. I prefer the baking steel, holds heat better.



    We try to make pizzas once a week.  So good!
