this is a follow up post to my fist rib thread

okay.........meat on.........thermo in the skirt

had room for abts........i NEVER smoke without doing abts....

i LOVE the new mods i need.......adding another rack.......so i put Dutch's beans on the bottom rack.......spares on the next, and the trimmings and abts on the top rack

this shot......firming up the ribs after foiling, and the beans finishing up

here, the meat and beans pulled off the smoker

spares by themselves

i did the 2-2-1 method, and it ROCKED.......had a HECK of a time gettng the ribs off of the rack, they wanted to fall apart

plated with dutchs beans

my BEST effort so far doing spares......this kind of success a few more times, and i can say i have it nailed........LOLOLOL.........yeah right

Good looking ribs WD. Can't wait to fire up the smoker tomorrow. Got 3 slabs of BB's and a yardbird for tomorrow. Going to use pecan for the first time tomorrow traded some cherry for it with pyre.
