Every year my Dad and I host a huge bbq and this one raised the bar a little. I would have posted this sooner, but lost a lot of my pictures when my memory card failed from my camera. Smoker into position (with help from my uncle Fatpacky) You can see the skillet on top of the firebox. Also, hot and cold running water. Three burners on the back. Great large cook area. Boston Butts are ready. (81 lbm. Butts) Brsiket Prep (34 lbm. Brisket) Beer brined chicken (40 lbm. chicken) Butts rubbed, ribs seasoned (35 lbm ribs), and brisket prepped. Cajun butter injected turkey Pops is ready to kick this off. Butts and Turkey on first..... A few hours later added the brisket and ribs..... Every Southern BBQ needs boiled peanuts..... 225F makes is all nice.... Pulled Pork..... Ribs plate..... Smoked Chicken..... Turkey turned out great.....(I pulled it off and wrapped it for about 3 hours) Some of the sides..... More sides..... More sides....... More sides and some deserts.... Got to have a bonfire with smores...... Overall a great smoke and gathering!
