Now thats a full smoker. Yes full of amazingly good looking Bar b que for sure. I love the color that everything. Did you mop it with something if so what?

My guess the color may be from apple wood or other fruit wood. Looks great!

and no mop on the meat just did the brine thing with the chicken "salt and sugar" and the wood i used is hickory
