I have smoked a little in my life but wanting to do more of it. I'm tired spending all my money and having stuff smoked for me. I am looking to build my 1st refrigerator smoker. Take care all and stay warm!!

  5. French,

Where in the world in Wisconsin are you, the shores of Lake Superior? I am in northeast Wisconsin and u haven't had a morning below 10 yet this week.

Anyway, happy smoking. I am pretty new to this smoking thing but have to say the folks around here have really cut my learning curve down. Enjoy and when you find something that really helps you hit the subscribe button. Much easier to find later.
