Spent a lot of time in griffin, one of my cousins works for Spaulding co sheriffs department. I usually eat there when I go home to see the family. I'm in the Air Force and stationed in Colorado so don't get home very often anymore. I miss being in the south, I loved using pecan in my old smoker, being out here made me want to go for the electric smoker.

Thank you for your service to our country! I served 9 years in the army myself,I love pecan wood! Very mellow flavor, but hickory is still the king!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
