My name's Vince aka FatKid49
Have a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker
I would like to start smoking everything I can get my hands on latest was baby back ribs, baked beans, mac & cheese ,whole chickens tonight was deer roast looking for all the ideas and help others can offer

Hey Vince,  welcome to the site and smoking habit.  I don't have any personal experience with your Masterbuilt smoker but they are popular on the site.

The sites search engine works great.  Just enter any smoke project that comes to mind and odds are you'll find some info on it.
