Hello everyone! I have been trying to grill/smoke/cook for a few years now and just stumbled on this site full of great people and lot's of knowledge. I am cooking on a Traeger Texas and a Large Big Green Egg right now. I am located in Houston, Texas. As of right now I am the best smoker/cook in the cul-de-sac and in the family lol. Hopefully you guys can help me take it to the next level. I would like to start competing in some local BBQ competitions within the next year or so and see if I enjoy that part of grilling/smoking.
