  1. Hello everyone from Lexington, KY.  New to the site and have already read several threads and posts with alot of good information.  I've been smoking meats with small barrel smokers and propane cabiets for about 10 years and have finally decided to build a full size smoker for family get togethers and tailgating.  Ive been tied into the ornamental iron fabrication business for almost 15 years and have plenty of tools and know how to possibly do this right with some helpful tips.  Once I get the hang of this siteiwill startathrea that allows you guys to follow along and give input so this is done right.  Thanks and I look forward to the fun!
