New to smoking..

  1. I bought a Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker from Lowes a couple weeks ago and have already done baby back ribs and they were a hit at a family gathering. Looking to expand and smoke different meats and what ever I can put in my MES.
    I live in South Florida and am one of the few natives left down here!

    We're glad to have you. The search bar at the top is your most valuable resource here. This forum has been around for over ten years, so there is a good chance that any questions you may have, have already been answered (they may have 10 different answers, but you'll get an instant response non the less).
