    Hi. New guy here. Bill Swartz, south bend, indiana. Smoke on my Weber kettle,and an old electric smoker.looking to upgrade to the MES Bluetooth 40" in the next few months. Love smoking meat and fish. Looking forward to advise on cold smoking meats and cheeses. Thanks to any and all advise.
