New Stuff or my OKJ Highland!!!

Hey everyone!!! I just ordered a set of seals, toggle clamps, fire box, and diffuser plate for my OKJ Highland!!! Should have a lot more stable temps now. I also ordered a Maverick ET-733. I loved my BBQ before hopefully i can perfect it now!!! I'M EXCITED!!!

I have an OKJ smoker also. I got clamps and gasket on my main compartment door and they work great. I did not set them up on my fire box due to the fact I use the firebox lid to regulate airflow into the smoker to change my temps. I have an igrill 2 thermo and since sealing up the cooking chamber I can get and keep the temps from one side by the firebox to the other within 5° of each other for hours on end with little work tending to my fire.
