Northern Minnesota
Good evening all my name is Dave I'm 47 years old and live in northern Minnesota. I love to hunt and fish and working to acquire the necessary equipment to process my own venison along with hopefully smoking up some awesome ribs and chicken. I just ordered a Masterbuilt electric smoker and am doing as much reading as possible as I wait for it to arrive. Looking forward to getting some advice in hopes of avoiding beginners mistakes.

Hi Dave

I am also new here and from Minnesota. I have done a little bit of smoking and in the market for a MES smoker. I am researching the MER 40 with the glass door.

Where did you order your unit from?

Last week Fleet Farm had them at a good price but I didn't know enough about them to pull the trigger yet.

Please keep us posted when you get your unit.

Take Care,

Bear
