Hello my name is Paul I'm from ontario canada been smoking on a indirect drum smoker for a few years, it wasn't stolen but I was partners on the first build and now it is coming to fighting over who gets to smoke on what weekend and that is not going to cut it. So being the better man (it was my father in law so I can say that) I let him keep it so now I need to build a smoker. I'm a carpenter by trade so metal working isn't my strongest suit but I'm more then capable of learning. I've spent the last two days just reading. Currently I have a 3x3x3 bakers oven stainless racks ect insulated box stand ect I will post photos when I learn what build forum to put it in. I'm thinking fire box separate with piping to bring heat and smoke and chimney to exhaust excess. The oven is convection but I don't have the three phase power to operate and the cost is not worth perusing. Any suggestions on where to post, and what type of smoker this would be called . Love the site and the wealth of information and talent evident by the builds taken places here. Thanks paul
