Im new to smf just saying hi. Got into it from my work finleys who has wonderful bbq. Which inspired me to get a brinkmann offset 250sq in i think it was. Worked was hard to maintain temp. So i closed the wholes up and re seasoned it then boom it was like i baught a working smoker. I won my first backyard rib contest with this smoker....it was not easy. Mods.mods.
