Good evening, I just found this forum while searching on how to smoke a Boston butt. I've already read quite a few tips and tricks on how to do this and look forward to smoking lots of meats. I just bought a new Weber 22" grill, an internal digital meat thermometer, Kingsford charcoal and a starter chimney. I also have 5 lbs. of Apple wood chips to smoke the meat with. I think I have a good start.
