Hello I am new to the smoking game. I am from Guthrie OK. I picked up a starter smoker new braunfels Hondo Classic offset smoker. Any suggestions on how to use it would be greatly appreciated! I am under the gun to smoke a brisket this weekend and for it to turn out good!
