New to the site, but have been smoking for about 3 years now. Every since we were invited over to my Girlfriends dads house for dinner one night (which is from Texas) we ate a thing called brisket, never heard of it but fell in love. After that I bought a smoker watched every show on t.v. about it, read books, and searched the net for tips (which is how I found this site). I have counquered everything but whole hog, its definitely on my bucket list. I have a cheap little stick burner, eventually would like to get a fancy gravity fed pit but feel I need to put a little blisters, and sweat into smoking before I upgrade! Just wanted to give a quick yell out to everyone and say hey!
