Well, those finished stix look terrific.....outstanding job for your first time. You know, the bar is now set pretty high for future runs...LOL. I don't think I've ever seen 60+ posts for a snack stick...well done Justin.......Willie

I am starting to feel bad about always being so late........ Well That way I don't have to beg for more pictures...LOL

Those really look great. Ya know its stuff like that the kids will always remember.  I can still remember when my Pop had me tend his fire, 'course I only carried one split at a time....LOL

Looks like a good time was had by all.

But now the sous chefs kno the whole operation. They can take over and organize it.

 I think my local butcher would be jealous, they look great. So is that about the ratio I can expect with my (2) little helpers? Ratio: 4hrs to make:2hrs to eat.
