Smoked my first Boston Butt and it was great. I pulled it and used the finishing sauce from the site, yum! I had issues keeping the temps down so a few parts were a little chewy, but it tasted just fine. I also smoked some cabbage and it was tangy goodness. I covered it in a mixture of Italian dressing, balsamic vinegar, and Louisiana hot sauce. Needless to say I also threw a piece of bacon on top for good measure. I wrapped it in foil for about 4 hours and opened it up to crisp the bacon for 1. Once it was finished I threw some on a hot dog with mustard, it was outstanding.
