Multi Cheese Smoke

    Got 20 lbs of various cheeses ready to come out the smoker.
    Xtra sharp cheddar , Sharp cheddar, Pepper jack, Swiss, Muenster, Provalone and Havarti w/ dill.
    Lots of 4 oz blocks.
