mojo pork loin.

    Our neighbors birthday was the other day and she requested cuban sandwiches. The wife bought a loin instead of a shoulder to make the roast pork with and that just wouldn't do so she went back to the store and I ended up with another piece of meat to cook today. I marinated it overnight in mojo,kosher salt and sofrito. Pulled it out covered it in garlic powder,and sazon completa and into the cooker it went.I'll post done pics soon.

    It was awesome. Cooked to 155 over pecan and a little oak. It cut with a fork.
