mmm loin back i mean baby back ribs?

    Picked up a couple of racks today at Sam's club...might pick up some more if the in laws come for dinner Sunday. Going to toss them in the smoker then along with about 4lbs of a Boston butt. My wife got me a set of rubs on Etsy I want to try out. :) Hopefully I don't end up with creosote ribs like I did with chicken I tried a couple of weeks ago!

    Yeah....not good doing that with company coming over. Don't know what kind of unit you're using but keep that upper vent wide open to let stale smoke out....let the good times roll.....Willie

    An unmodded ecb. the nodding will likely happen soon though.. been gathering the few things needed slowly since I am unable to usr it to often just yet :)
