Had my 30in. mes rear digital with glass door for about 3 months Started off with ribs to much smoke ( creosote). So I did 2 things Less smoke time and 2 hrs wrapped in saran wrap. Well it was moist but too smoky . So I bought the cold smoker made the extension kit. more ribs still creosote. Then I thought the chips are burning turn off the cold smoker let the chips do their own thing. Bingo thin blue smoke just right smoke no creosote bite. I could sitll add chips if I wanted don't recommend leaning over it and opening chip tube face full of smoke no flare. Now I've got to cold smoke some cheese for the wife.
