First smoke on my new MES 30 inch gen 1 and I am seeing a 30 degree temp difference from my Controller and my Taylor thermometer gauge.Doing 2 racks of Babybacks and my built in meat thermometer and the Taylor are reading the same and I did a boiling water test on the Taylor and it was spot on.Seems like the norm for controller to be somewhat off temp.Looking forward to finished product.Lou
