It's been a while since I've done a smoked meatloaf, so I thought I'd do one on the Mini.

Meat mix is a combination of beef, sausage, onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Along with the meatloaf, we have foil wrapped potatoes. The meatloaf I'm cooking on my perforated grilling pan on the top rack and the spuds are going on the centerrack.

That looks awesome! I do have a couple questions

By how you explained, you wrapped the potatoes and put them on at the same time as the meatloaf, tell me, they were cooked through? What temp did you do this? Lastly how long did it take?

I ran the Mini with briquettes and hickory chunks. The cooking temp was 300° and I cooked it for 90 minutes. And yes, the spuds were started the same as the meatloaf. A couple of the larger spuds weren't quite cood thru so Ma D unwrapped the foil and finished them in the micro wave.

Next time I'll put in my 8 inch terra cotta saucer or leave it out altogether so I can get the temp up on the smoker. The Mini topped out at 300°.
