I am doing my first brisket. Should I use,a Marinade Or Just a dry rub for best results.
Dry rub is all you need.
Just salt & pepper is perfect. If you want you can add some granulated garlic & onion also.
Thanks for the,advice. I used my dry rub. Made a marine from the Dadgum that's good dvd for brisket to squirtout on just so it doesn't dry out
