I volunteered to do a few pork butts for pulled pork for my local watering hole's pool team party. I am figuring on 25 to 30 people. I will probably do some chicken quarters too. There will be slaw, chips etc. My question is how do I calculate how many pork butts I'll need if I only do the pork....and if I do both the chicken and pork how much of each should I get? This is my first Q for a group larger than 10. Thanks in advance!
