Looking for a glaze reciept

  1. I have a huge jar of raspberry jam and would like to make a glaze or sauce with some, any suggestions would be appreciated.
     
  2. Seeded or unseeded. What kind of protein?
     
  3. It's unseeded and I'm going to do a pork tenderloin.
     
  4. Here's a quick no cook glaze;
    1/2c raspberry jam
    1/8-1/4c apple cider vinegar (raspberry vinegar if on hand) to thin jam
    1/4c Dijon mustard
    1tsp orange zest
    squeeze or two orange juice
    stir well and rest
    brush on in 15min or so intervals towards end of cook. If it doesn't stick to your finger too much, time for another coat.

  5. You can substitute balsamic if you like it. Personally I use it, but add to taste.
