My name is Ellen I'm from Corona, Ca. We went to a yard sale in Big Bear and my husband bought a Little Chef, I was trying to get the instruction booklet for it. That's how I stumbled in on ths website. We love smoked fish and he wants to try his hand at it. Have a Good Memorial Day!
