Lil' Smokie Jalepeno Poppers

  1. A little twist on my Mom's traditional Holiday snack.  Split the smokies and put em in my smoker for about an hour to add some real smokey flavor to them. Then it's just a matter of rolling 'em up with cheese and jalepeno in croissant dough, a touch of sesame seed  and baking at 350* for about 12 minutes.

  5. Thank y'all. They was right tasty. Can't believe it took me until I was over 50 to think of adding the peppers.
