I smoked my first whole packet brisket this weekend, turned out pretty good. I have a few pounds of leftovers, mostly from the flat, which are a little dry and tough to reheat, I'm wondering if anyone has recipes/ideas for my leftovers, or even recommendations on how to reheat brisked so it's still tender? Thanks!

We like to cube it up into bite sized pieces for brisket chili.

Or it is good in tacos & fajitas.

If your just going to reheat it, a crock pot works well with some beef broth in it.

Chili, tacos, beans, hash, sammichs, sausage, baked potato topping, salad topping...

Use it where ever you would use cook meats.

Breakfast brisket tacos are outrageous.  In nachos and pasta also.

If I cook a full packer I go ahead and slice it up, divide into meal size portions, vac-pack and freeze.

One way to reheat brisket or pulled pork that my crew likes for sammiches, is to thin down some BBQ sauce with apple juice and then heat up the thawed brisket in that on the stove. Served on a bun with some sliced onion or dill pickle chips is pretty dang good and can be ready to go pretty quickly when time is an issue.

All the above !!   I smoked a brisket the other day, Vac sealed a chunk for latter. When I warm it I leave it in the vac seal bag (Sealed) and warm it in a pot of boiling water, Taste ans smells like it just came off the smoker.
