I wanted to warm (yeah that's right, I did say warm up, it was only 32 outside) up the smoker a bit for smoking some cheese. I thought rather than grill the steaks I had thawed out for dinner I'd go ahead and use the GOSM, and smoke up dinner. I also had a small chunk of pork loin so I wrapped that up with bacon and put it all in the smoker with some cherry wood and a temp of about 325.I strategically placed the pork above the steaks to allow the juices to drip/baste the steaks below. All the meat was marinated in a mixture of worcestershire, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper. Everything was fantastic!!! Pork Bomb basting the beef! Just out of the smoke and resting! How could you not love that??? There's Da Beef??? And Da pork!!! I'm making myself hungry typing this post!! Cant forget what started this whole drool fest. All praise Cheesus!!!
