Lady noob from MIA

Discussion in 'Roll Call' started by smokinmegg, Sep 28, 2013.

  1. Hey everyone, I'm VERY new to smoking. I live in Miami, FL. Just picked up a MES 30" last week from BPS and am stoked to do a big cook. I have a bunch of sea trout in the freezer so I started with a few fillets and made an excellent smoked fish dip! Came out great! I am having a bbq in a week and will be trying brisket and a pork shoulder for the first time! I'll make sure to post pics and ask for help. Looking forward to getting some great insight about my new smoker and some great recipes!

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums and some guidelines of how to interact within the forums. Off site links are not allowed here at SMF per TulsaJeff. Not that you have done anything wrong....just a little bit of FYI for new members!

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!
