Hello to all, My name is anthony i am from algonac mi. cooking is a hobby of mine. I love to bbq on my grill, but I am ready to take my bbq skills to the next level. I want to learn how to smoke my food. I am looking at getting my first smoker soon and i cant wait. If anyone has any input I am all ears.
