Joining the Ranks

  1. Hello fellow Meat Enthusiasts.
    I am on the Central Coast on NSW in Australia, married with three kids.
    I'm just starting out with the whole "smoking" thing. However I have been interested for quite a while. I've been using a Weber for years and thought it time to have a crack.
    I've recently been driving the wife mad with my creation in the shed, based loosely on absolutely no idea what I was doing, and I want to eat meat......
    Can't go wrong right???
    Anyway, I have built my smoker and had an initial success with some damper.
    I'm looking to ease into this, getting to know what works and what doesn't, one thing I have worked out is that everyone has their own methods, so I'll see how I go.
