My name is George and I love to smoke and BBQ. Over the years I have been practiing and buying difernt grills/smokers to get what I feel is the beast set up. I am currently usingmy new Browning Ceramic grill. Best part of this grill was the cost over all. It was in our Post Exchange for $509.00. Off post runs up to $800.00. Well this had a crack in it and long story short I got it for $127.00.

We live in El Paso Tx, and have 5 years left before I retire once more and move to Tennessee for good. I am retired army after 21 years married to my beautiful wife for 38. We love to travel in our RV  or ride. I will be retiring from the Government in 2020 after 15 years. I plan on smoking more and love the help here thus far. Todays ribs are salt free using Ms Dash spices. Thanks for the add.
