A little concoction, butter, beer, chipotle, garlic, and Frank's. Inject into chicken breasts pour remaining concoction into zip lock bag and let marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge. Chop up the garnish. Mini-sweet peppers, onion, garlic, and jalapenos. Onions were omitted this time because we didn't have any! Into the pan with salt, pepper, butter and beer. A little smoked pepper jack. Normally I'd do this on the Mini-WSM but there wasn't time. Sauteed and ready for plating! Right at the end throw the cheese in to melt. Enjoy!!!!
