They say the best way to start is to admit your addiction. My wife actually started my habit. She bought me a 18 inch Camp Chef Smoke Vault. My habit is so new I have only tried to use it once. And like "OTHER things when I was younger." I tried it. Wasn't sure I was doing it right. And like a first time smoker I got paranoid and didn't do it again for a while. So I need to seek professional advise on how to Smoke Correctly. I added what it said to add for chunks and it only smoked for a short time. Is it supposed to smoke for the entire time or just for the first part of the cooking process. I live in Colorado Springs and am off on Thur, Fri, Sat if anyone would like to have a Brew and smoke something.
