I am a new member from Alligator Point, Florida. I really enjoy smoking meat and bbq. My favorite is pork butt, but I also do fish, beef, most anything that will cook. Right now I own a big green egg, in the past I have owned a Bradley and a Brinkman electric. I am currently thinking about getting an electric smoker, the big green egg is really nice, but it wonâ€™t cold smoke stuff. Problem is I live on the beach and salt corrosion really eats stuff up fast here and Iâ€™m not sure I can find an electric that will last. Maybe I can get some ideas from this forum.
