Hello my Name is Dallion...

    Recently purchased an electric smoker, I have always used a side charcoal grill attached smoker. I enjoy smoking briskets and bologna, and ribs.

    Welcome Dallion.  Now you have me thinking.  As a kid we'd have roast blogna once in a while made with good, old school bologna.  Now I'm going to have to make some and smoke cook it just to satisfy my curiosity.

    Thanks for the idea and I  hope you enjoy the site as much as I have.
