My name is Steve and I live in SW Wa. I have never used a smoker for bbq, always used my gas grill with descent results. I want to step up to a offset cooker now. Been bitten by the bbq bug you might say. I have a old propane tank to make my cooker with. I will have plenty of questions and I see I am probably at the right spot.
